As a proud resident of Hardin County for 24+ years, I’ve built both my family and my career right here in Central Kentucky. I’m blessed with a wonderful wife—who is also a dedicated Realtor—and three incredible children: one serving clients alongside us in the real estate industry, one serving our country in the Air Force, and one building a career in banking. When we’re not helping clients, you can usually find us at the lake, camping, fishing, boating, hunting, golfing, spending time with friends and family, or cheering on Kentucky Wildcats basketball—Go CATS!

My real estate journey began in 2005 after leaving the military, and what started as a job, quickly became my passion and career. Kevin Van Dyke has resided in Hardin County for nearly a decade. As a devoted Christian, husband, and father, Kevin and his wife have been married for twenty years and have four daughters. Prior to relocating to Kentucky in 2016, Kevin and his family resided in Chicago, where he worked in the trades and as a firefighter. Over the course of his two-decade career as a firefighter, Kevin ascended to leadership positions as an officer and acquired the certification of an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).

Upon his arrival in Kentucky, Kevin obtained his National Registry Paramedic license and has since dedicated his career to paramedicine.
